Vault ethernet connection

Are there any issues connecting a Vault 2i to the internet through a mesh extender such as a Devolo Magic 1 as I cannot run a RJ45 cable directly from the router to the Vault ?

  Many VAULT users have used powerline ethernet kits or Wi-FI Extenders with RJ45 ports as a workaround for the VAULT's wired-only connection method. Some RJ45 ports are designed to only be used as a link to the router so it depends.
  
  Keep in mind, the reason the VAULT is wired only as it doubles as a NAS for other Bluesound Players in your network so requires quality upload speed as well - but is possible, if the extender allows it.
  
  Please check your extender documentation if the RJ45 port can be used this way.
