Nad M10 screen blank after 3.14.10 upgrade
AnsweredMy M10 went through the upgrade just fine....the screen went all gray and faded to black. After the reboot, I can play music, but the screen doesn’t work. I basically have a dead unit after only a few months of ownership.

Hi David
Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our friends at NAD Electronics can take a closer look at your system log file...

As well, when I turn the display to maximum, the screen is a deep blue...so the screen is live...just nothing on it.

Thanks. I did that as well through the app and got a response for a fix. But now, the next day, when I went in, it has healed itself and the display works. I’ll keep their response on file I. Case it happens again

@David, I'm having the same problem. Do you care to share with me NAD's response for a fix? Thanks in advance

I am still having the problem. My unit will need to be shipped in for repairs. Not impressed when it is 5 months old. Attached is the fix they sent me…but it didn’t work.
