Flex 2i Speaker drops out on tidal connect

I just got my Flex 2i and it works well with my bluesound 2i.

-With bluetooth they play in sync

-Radio streaming works no problem

As soon as I try something with tidal connect it drops out every 10 seconds for about 0.5 seconds.  I set my router up with 1.1.1.1 and restarted both the bluesound and the flex.  

The bluesound 2i I works perfectly with tidal connect but as soon as I add the flex, both drop out as above.

Any help would be great

  A reboot of your router is a good start I also normally use Cloudflare for DNS but switched this week to Google as had a few issues of web pages not loading but probably not related in your case as a single device is working well.
