node 2i connect to naim supernait 3 big noise

I just bought the node 2i, I connected the rca output to my supernaim 3 amplifier and it emits a noise from the speakers immediately, both with the music and turned off. what can it be?

  Hi Marco

  We have over the years heard concerns regarding buzz or hum when connecting the Bluesound NODE to NAIM brand equipment. We recently have found out that NAIM players have settings in their devices to deal with a floating ground source such as the floating ground in your Bluesound NODE. 
  
  Please review your NAIM documentation to adjust your equipment for a floating ground.

  Turn the volume right down on the Nait. Power off and double check you are using the L&R analogue outs on the Node, if you can try another set of interconnects in case the earth is broken on one of them. You could also try another line in on the Nait.

  In light of TonyW’s post, the Nait does have a grounding socket which may be required,
