Hi folks, I just wanted to drop a line and thank you for an excellent product. I listen to my M10 4-5 hours a day and being a techie I appreciate how well BluOS works and all the extras you get with a NAD+BluOS product like Dirac (which I tinker with all the time ;) and even things like Spotify and Tidal connect, MQA support and now even Radio Paradise with MQA! The M10 with my Kef LS50 Metas and KC62 sub seem like a match made in heaven!

NAD+Bluesound seem like leaders in the software space for these  streaming amplifiers and consider me a fan.

Regardless I did want to offer myself in case you folks are looking for a Beta tester for new BluOS software please let me know and I'd be more than happy to sign up. I look forward to all the new releases that come hot and quick these days and would be happy to test and report new software that you're working on! :)

    Consider yourself lucky, because you already are a beta tester ! I have the exact same equipment and on my 3rd M10 already in 2 years because up until now the M10 has basic problems (screen failures and sound mutes/failures both needing power cycles to restore the machine) which are not solved until this day. Stay safe and stay away from betas if you want to stay happy.

    Wow on your 3rd device and still having problems? Sorry man, sounds like you're stuck in a perpetual bad luck loop. Hope things improve for ya!
