NAD C658 and RC1 Remote...presets

I recently purchased the RC1 remote to use with my NAD C658. I mostly purchased it to use the preset function as the SR9 remote that came with the C658 does not have this function. I set preset 1 to my TV input (Line 1) with a set volume. This is great because I can change to my TV sound with a desirable volume. But there is one problem, if I have the TV source (Line 1) selected or any other input for that matter I can not use any other preset on the remote that uses the BluOS input such as playlists, tunein radio, amazon playlists etc. I can only use those presets if it is already set to a BluOS input. This is annoying as I often wish to say change to preset 2 (Tunein Radio station) after watching tv. Is this a bug that can be fixed?
