Download: PULSE Firmware 3.14.5 - no mail

Hi

I'm having some problems with my Pluse P300, it will not start after power off and I would like to see if a manual update of the firmware can fix the problem.

I have asked for the download on our site and it replied:  Thank you. We will send you an email in the next few minutes.

But I do not get any mail.

  Hi Lars

  We did have an issue with the download but it has since been resolved - that being said, a USB Firmware stick will not resolve your issue. 

  E-mail us at support@bluesound.com with the serial number and your geographic region so we can make a recommendation for options appropriate to you.

  Happened to me too some days ago. After about a week of repeatedly trying I got the link.

  Probably a problem with their server. Keep trying.
