We keep hoping too but no new news on their end.

Justin Crosby, check out the thread on last.fm for some background on what it actually means when BlueSound is "hoping for news on their end": https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360001829254-Last-fm-scrobbling.

Tony W., what news do you expect to hear from Pandora at this point? I have to think you're aware, there seems to be a 'trend' on your responses about other services being added to your platform. I don't think anyone here expects you to break NDAs, etc, but come on... if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck...

When do you think BlueSound will have something more substantial for their customers?

    Hi Justin

I appreciate your frustration - we do continue to work with them but please see this post from one of our Brand Managers here; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/202914336/comments/360003328753

Yes, I realise this is an older post but as I mentioned not much has changed here regarding Pandora itself. It is worth noting BluOS now supports Sirius XM.

    Hi Tony,

Yep, I've read all the posts on the BlueSound community board re: Pandora; they all pretty much say the same thing - which is the same thing you're saying here, 7 years later. *sigh*

Why is it up to your end-users to put pressure on Pandora as you continue to suggest? Why can't BlueSound and Pandora get this sorted out on the back-end as you both have done with other companies? You've obviously been at this for a long time, and you have to know how this comes across to your customers reading these posts on your forums.

Pandora says the ball is in your court, you say the ball is in their court - meanwhile your customers are stuck reading the same excuses for the better part of a decade. BlueSound should strive to do better.

You can use Pandora today with a 2i Player via Apple's AirPlay - if you are an Android user or have an older pre 2i Player, you can also use AptX Bluetooth as described here; www.bluesound.com/bluetooth

Ah ha, not what we're after here. Let's stay focused on the actual feature request/problem at hand, which is Pandora native integration into BlueOS.

OK so two more years have passed and still nothing, come on it's time to fix this.  Just about every other device I look at can integrate with Pandora.  If there is something else like licensing, companies won't co-operate with each other, egos in the way, what ever, please be open with us.  This is now getting to the point where I am asking myself if BluOS is the right platform for me.  Do I invest further or sell the devices I have and move on to something new.

I guess the wait is over.  BluOS just announced Pandora support!
