    Hello Dieter, 

    I'd swap the ends of the HDMI cable (so that the end connected to the TV is now connected to the SOUNDBAR and vice-versa) to 'refresh'/re-establish contact. When you do this, make sure you turn off both the TV and SOUNDBAR to prevent any damages or sudden volume starting. 

    Then, when these are both powered back on, in the BluOS app go to Settings > Player > Customize Sources > HDMI > Autosense, and switch this Off/then back On. 

    If that still doesn't work, reach out to our support crew via Help > Send Support Request so they may look into this further.
