    Best to log a support ticket, from the Bluesound App Help...Send Support Request

    I would unplug the Node for 30 seconds and try again.

    If still an issue power cycle your router and whilst doing that unplug the Node from the power and wait for the router to be fully powered up before powering on the Node.

    What music source are you using? Perhaps you can try another source such as Radio Paradise MQA?

    Deezer is working fine with no cutoff .
    It seems like the problem is only with tidal... I really hope the solution for this is right around the corner.
