Powernode 2i Firmware 3.14.2 download/update problem

Hi,

Although I managed to update automatically flex 2i devices as well as ther mac and ios apps, my powernode 2i is stuck with the firmware update and even though in 3 separate occasions I waited over 2hrs, the device does not upgrade to 3.14.2. I filled the relevant form 7 separate times with 2 different email addresses and I do not even get the link to try to upgrade the firmware manually. I also wrote to support on Saturday and am yet to get a return message. I now try my luck here.

  Guessing the update got stuck with a red led?

  if not already tried move the Bluesound device close to your router and use an Ethernet cable to  try the update, powering on after the cable is connected and leave it a while.

  Is overnight enough when you say "leave it a while"? Tried and does not work. Only a manual firmware update was successful and after the 12th time that I filled the form, I received the download address for the firmware. The zip file had two versions n225.img and n225v2.img for some reason and I used n225v2.img to upgrade.

  Hi Yaman

  We had a brief outage on the acknowledgement server which has since been resolved. Thanks for your patience. There are two versions of the POWERNODE 2i, one with the HDMI port (released 2019) and one without (2018). Please leave both image files on the USB Stick and the Player will know which one it is supposed to use.
