    Would suggest powering off your Bluesound device, force closing the app, power cycling the router and try again to see if that helps.

    I have done all the things you've said before sending the post, the speakers just are not visible now and is there a way to factory reset these speakers?

    Search function, top right of this page. 

    Don’t know what else you have tried but wiring a speaker to your router should at least get it to show in the app,
