Sleep timer, means music (or whatever is playing) will stop after 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
Amplifier Standby, will put your player in stand-by after 15 minutes when there is no "signal".

ouh, seems like a misunderstandings... thx for help.
But am I right assuming there is no way/nowhere any indication of the standby mode?

There is no indication that your PowerNode is in standby mode other than a "short delay" when you start playing (it needs time to wake up). LED's will still be on.

Hello, I wanted to come back to this story of the led that does not go out when put on standby after 15 minutes, for my part now, I no longer put the node 2i in deep standby (these 3 seconds on the pad me fatigue ...) and I therefore set the blue led to off, on the other hand I noticed one thing since, when I put the node back to read (for example: the next day) the blue led lights up for a few seconds then s 'off, my question is: is this a sign that node 2i was on standby ...? I hope I was clear in my remark ...

knowing that the node is connected with a network cable on a synology NAS and that it still appears as connected on my router console.

Hi Daniel, you are right about the blue LED.
Your Bluesound equipment will always be visible in your network as long it's not put in "Vacation mode".

Ok very well, but that's not really my question, the fact that I set the blue led to off so it is off in reading mode, but when I turn it on again after some time, the led lights up for a few seconds then goes off, so this is the sign that the node had gone to sleep after 15 minutes after having pressed pause…?

Your Bluesound equipment will always enter standby mode after 15 minutes if you pause or clear your play queue. Not sure if the LED's lighting up is intentional, but they do that on my Node.

Thank you Bjorn for this answer, it would be interesting to know if indeed the lighting of the led for a few seconds is intentional or not after waking up.
