Powernode with Bluetooth Headphones

Does it - soundwise - make a sense, using the powernode for listening with bluetooth headphones (like the sony xm3)? Is it noticeable better than listening with a smartphone?

Or: Is it noticeable better listening via the powernode and a AKG k271 or using a smartphone with dragonfly black and the AKG.

  I use a Powernode daily with a pair of AKG headphones via AptX and wired. Is it better? well wired the headphones do sound much better than using say an iPad and also provides higher audio resolutions. Don’t use a Dragonfly or similar and to find someone with the same hardware as you is going to be a tough call.

  Other reasons is that my library and music services are all in one app / place so it makes it easy to operate. I also have the Bluesound IR remote which gives me instant access to 10 presets, play, pause, volume etc. saves time fiddling around with an app.
