Node 2i: weird network behaviour

I have a Node 2i wired to my ethernet network.

Now and then, when trying to access it through the BlueSound app in my iPhone or iPad, it says no device found. But if I use Roon in those devices, it finds the Node and plays music perfectly. Also, if I use the BlueSound app in my iMac (which is also wired), it "sees" the node perfectly.

It all comes back to normal when I reset the router (Unify Dream Machine), but that lasts some hours or days, erratically.

What could be happening?

  Check your settings in the UniFi Controller (Settings - Wireless Networks - Your SSID):

  Disabled: Block LAN to WLAN Multicast and Broadcast Data
  Enabled: Enable multicast enhancement (IGMPv3)
  PMF: Disabled (or optional if needed)
  DTIM Mode: 3 on both
