Phono preamp into analog input?

my Node 2 is hooked to my amp and subwoofer with analog cables.

I want to run my Phono preamp into my Analog input of node2 so I can have the subwoofer output while listening to phono.  will this work?

Will the node2 be passing the analog straight through from input to output or does it convert it to digital than back to analog?
