    Hi Ananth

I would check your TV Documentation as to why OPtical was not working when HDMI was enabled - it may be a TV Setting issue. On the surface everything else looks okay.

You can also select Help, Send Support Request in the App for more direct support. This will include an event log which would allow our Support Crew to see if the signal is being detected at all.

    Hi-Res

Presume you are using the Onkyo just for HDMI switching then?

Have a look at the back of your Panasonic plasma, you should have analogue outputs as well as digital, from memory you may have to enable them from the menu but it’s been six odd years since I owned a similar on in the UK.

    Hi Tony

Thanks for the update. Actually before switching to Powernode 2i - I had optical connected to Onkyo 535 receiver. I have it connected that way now after I couldn't get Powernode 2i to play audio from TV.

Pls note that Powernode 2i did play Spotify, tracks from my phone when connected. So no issues there.

    Hi Seppi

Thanks for the response. You are correct - I want to use Onkyo receiver just to switch HDMI inputs for video. I want to play audio through Optical of Powernode 2i. That way I can use both of them. I will try your recommendation to see TV settings.

Another thing I got to from Bluesound crew is I need to switch to PCM on TV. Will try that as well and keep you posted
