Radio Paradise Rate Songs 1 to 10
AnsweredI really like the fact that we can log into our Radio Paradise account, in BluOS, so we can listen to our Favorites. On RP itself, and in their app, though, you can rate each song on a scale from 1 to 10, and then set which songs are included on My Favorites. My choice is to include all songs I have rated 7 or higher.
Currently, in BluOS we can give a simple thumbs up or thumbs down, which is not quite the same. If we could use the 1-10 rating system, it would tie into the way that RP does things.
A feature I found this evening in BluOS that I like a lot, is in RP, you can look at that particular artist in Qobuz, which is something I had to do manually in Volumio.

The OP has touched on one of the most important parts of interacting with Radio Paradise streams: rating from 1 to 10 and selecting the threshold for the lowest rating which makes it on the favorites queue. Your thumbs up/down paradigm only exists on BluOS implementations of Radio Paradise if I’m not mistaken; and, when selecting a thumbs up it gives a rating of 8 on Radio Paradise (I would like to rate my favorites as a 7,8,9,or 10, not rate everything an 8). Please work with RP to get a duplicate of the rating system they use for signed in members on all their other platforms.
On a positive note, I want to echo the OP’s shoutout for the ability to jump to the artist in another streaming service. Nice! But please work to get the Radio Paradise 1-10 rating system up for signed-in (non-anonymous) users.
Cheers
