Hi everyone,

Is it possible to disable specific players on the nad ci580v2 from reporting as spotify endpoints?  We would like to have just one show up in the spotify app.

  Yes you can. First determine the IP address of the CI580, and using your web browser, enter IP address, navigate down the Web page to "Active Zones' and choose number of zones active. Reboot. Then Spotify connect app will now just see the the number of active zones, either 1,2,3 or all 4. Remember though the inactive zones  will not appear in the BluOS controller app should you wish to use the other zones for something else. To change back do the same process.

  OK, but turning off zones with this disables them completely?  We want to still use the zones for other streaming sources.  But we are dedicating one for spotify to simplify choosing the player in the spotify app.

  All active zones must be available for Spotify Connect as per our certification with Spotify. Unfortunately the act of making zones unavailable for Spotify makes them unavailable for any other use.
