    Please drag the BluOS App to the Trash, empty the trash and restart your Macbook. Download a new copy from www.bluesound.com/downloads and install that.

    If problems persist, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com so we may take a closer look.

    Hi Tony, thanks for your reply - but, your comment relates to a Macbook; my issue is on an iMac. I don't know how to drag the BluOs app to the bin - when I try that - it just suggests removal from the dock, but then doesn't actually do anything??

    Hi Stephen - the process is the same for an iMac as a MacBook as they both run macOS - you will have to drag it from the Applications Folder in Finder to Trash.
