Audio clipping all sources
AnsweredSo.. at the end of the rope and about to toss my Powernode 2 in the lake. I've connected to passive speakers, B&W and SW. Optical from TV. Wifi, both 2.4 and 5ghz (ethernet no option) Regardless of source: Spotify via BT or BS app, optical TV, radio via BS app - I have the same problem: Sound will play for a second or two. Pause from anywhere between 4 seconds to minutes. I have had issues with connecting to wifi, and player also disappearing from BS app. Often for wee1ks. Have tried: factory reset, reset both modem and router. Powernode has been disconnected a month or so due to home renovatation.
Problem occurs regardless of other media connected to wifi. No other streaming is affected in any negative way, music from spotify etc works on mobile and sonos soundbar..
Any advice or experience? Please don't say "go buy Sonos" Thanks in advance

Hi Thomas
Help, Diagnostics in the BluOS App and check your signal strength. Sounds like classic throughput issues due to poor signal strength. Check our network troubleshooting guide at www.bluesound.com/network101 or select Help, Send Support Request in the App for us to take a closer look. -
I sympathize, when Bluesound doesn't work it can be extremely aggravating. I've often wanted to throw one of my original Pulse's out the window.
I have one unit, a C368, wired using a Powerline ethernet adapter which works well, no dropouts at all.
I am puzzled that you report dropouts from the TV optical input as this is a wired connection and has nothing to do with wireless. In that case there may be some issue with your hardware – if it's under warranty get it replaced.
