    Help, Diagnostics in the BluOS App and check your signal strength. Sounds like classic throughput issues due to poor signal strength. Check our network troubleshooting guide at www.bluesound.com/network101 or select Help, Send Support Request in the App for us to take a closer look.

    I sympathize, when Bluesound doesn't work it can be extremely aggravating. I've often wanted to throw one of my original Pulse's out the window.

    I have one unit, a C368, wired using a Powerline ethernet adapter which works well, no dropouts at all.

    I am puzzled that you report dropouts from the TV optical input as this is a wired connection and has nothing to do with wireless. In that case there may be some issue with your hardware – if it's under warranty get it replaced.
