    Sounds like your index is failing or doesn't complete. Please select Help, Send Support Request so we take a closer look.

    UPDATE: I just performed a Re-Index with my desktop PC (also Windows 10) and the counter worked correctly so I am thinking that the problem I had or have with my Laptop must be with the laptop itself.   If it were an issue with the Vault 2 I would of had the same issue with my desktop.
