I have a very concerning issue with our Vault 2 which has worked without major problems for a couple of years. Suddenly, albums were not possible to open through the iPhone app. Error message "cannot access file..." Tried re-indexing without improvement. Disk space used 0 according to settings. Vault visible in iOS finder but no contents to be seen. Through the BluOS app, I restored a backup copy from hard drive. Disk space used 300 MB according to app, however, no albums to be seen. Tried re-indexing, still no albums to be seen, disk space used 0 MB. Seems like the Vault spontaneously de-indexed the library and at the same time the app has decided that re-indexing deletes the entire library?? I sent a log file to Bluesound a couple of days ago but they have not answered yet.
