    Hi R.B.

    Try clearing the RAM of your NAD M10 via a hard reboot. Unplug it from the wall, wait 5 minutes and plug it back in.

    If the problem persists or returns, contact BluOS Support so we may see the log file by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App. The system event log will be sent to our Support Crew automatically that way.
