Can’t find a yes no answer: can I play on ipad

I have a vault 2i. It’s connected hardwired to network. Ipad connected to same network. Ipad also connected to vault on Bluetooth. Yet I cannot play from library on iPad.

 

it should work or bluesound does not play out on iOS device?

  I don’t have the vault, but a Powernode with SSD attached via usb, I can play all files via iPad Bluesound app, I dint use Bluetooth as not need nor recommended.

  You can control your Bluesound devices from the iPad using the BluOS Controller app.

  You cannot play sound from the speaker on the iPad with BluOS. Sound will not come from the iPad.

  On another not - has anyone figured out ho to “random or shuffle” the library on the Vault?  Thx

  Can't shuffle the entire Library at the moment but...you can shuffle Playlists.

  So make a playlist with the tracks you want to shuffle, just don't make it too large under 250 tracks may work.
