Amazon HD
AnsweredEdit: This is a critique of Amazon, not Bluesound.
Cross posting. Amazon HD is finally in Canada. What a horrible mess it is in BluOS. Search, navigation and selection are almost unusable. Once a selection is found there's no information about the recording (no dates, artists etc) or way of knowing whether it's HD. Search is slow and many albums have limited tracks available for streaming.
No Genre selection just basic playlists, charts, stations etc. New Albums is a horrorshow, a long list of tiny thumbnails in no particular order. Yuck, I could go on but the list of problems is long.
I signed up for a free trial and cancelled within an hour. Truly awful.
While HD sound quality is good, so is Tidal which has a larger catalogue, far better interface and Bluesound integration.

Hi Braino
Like all our Music Services, we are required to implement AmazonHD using the provided guidelines and API by Amazon. Let Amazon know you want a better experience on third-party devices such as Bluesound or BluOS.

Hi Tony;
I get it. I should have made it clear, my criticism was not directed at Bluesound rather at Amazon who clearly haven't provided your developers with access to their API, though even their web version is wanting. I've contacted them but it's like a message in a bottle tossed in the ocean, one never knows if it's received by anyone let alone someone with influence.
