How do I add music services on win 10

I cannot see a "hamburger" or drawer in the Windows app and hence no way to hook to music services.

 

Appreciate any help.

  Qobuz, BluOS client on windows, I played around on the web app connected to the hot spot.  Before I connected to the WiFi I "seemed" to log into Qobuz under the music service drop down (I forget the actual name).  Well I reloaded the client and it worked.  Yea!
