    So I submitted the support request and they want me to try a Factory Reset and then reinstall the firmware but will my M33 still show up in Roon if I do that? They haven’t been able to confirm that.

    Please continue to work with our support crew internally - I am being kept in the loop internally - in the meantime - I can confirm that we continue to work with ROON and eagerly await them to certify the NAD M33. For updates on NAD M33 certification with ROON, we encourage you to address those concerns with ROON.

    Well, doesn’t look like they can help me with this, they say I’d have to take it to a NAD service center but I still believe it’s a firmware issue.

    Below is the video recording of the issue, might be hard to tell some of the transitions there but I play 2 songs there, first I start one which is cut off, then after a few seconds I start the same song again and it’s fine. Then I repeat the same thing with another song.

    I’m hoping that somebody else is able to try it on their M33.
