    Hi Rodger

    Issue 1

In the BluOS App for Windows or macOS when selecting Library, Artist, then select any artist, the top 5 tracks listed when clicked will play an incorrect track. It is only on the Apps for PC, Mobile and tablet works fine. Please open the context menu (3 dots to the right) and Go To Album as a workaround. We hope to resolve this issue in a near-future release.

    Issue 4

This is a problem we are also aware of but has to do with WIndows itself. Windows released an update to DirectX late last summer which has caused an issue on Windows devices with a touch screen preventing the mouse from grabbing a volume slider in our App. You can use your finger and touch the screen but not a mouse or other pointer device to grab the slider. We continue to try and resolve this issue but it is taking a little longer for our QA and Engineering team to find the root cause. This is only affecting Windows computers with a touch display. Funny enough this has made some consumers realise they did not know they had a touch display.

Issues 2,3 and 5, we are having a hard time replicating. Please work with our Support Crew to find out more details.

    Hi-Res

    1. No issue with my controller (search in local library)
    2. No issue saving favorites
    3. No issue with "current volume" not being saved

    4-5, never tested.

Here's the latest status for those following:

    2-5) Investigating

For anyone following this, all 5 of the above items have been confirmed by BlueOS support to be bugs in the current Windows desktop app. The suggested work-around is to not use the Windows desktop app.
