No control of speakers in a group in 3.12.4,
AnsweredSince the last update my iPhone version of BluOS looks like the top picture, my iPad version of BluOS looks like then bottom picture.
I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times. It might work for a bit, then goes back to only controlling the overall group volume, no, control of the individual speakers.
I don't recall ever seeing this happening before the last app update.
This sucks. Help.

With apologies to Mr. George Allen - Our Quality Assurance Team has identified this issue and is investigating at getting a resolution out as quickly as possible.
A killing the App, a router reboot and then relaunching the App should resolve the issue as a quick fix.

Thanks for the reply and tip, Tony. Router reset did not do it. Rebooted all 6 devices, so far so good.

I spoke too soon. Left the house and came back. Issue is back on my iPhone, iPad seems fine.
Hoping for a fast fix on this one.

Any update on this? It’s quite annoying.

Is it just us?
Yeah, having to ungroup speakers to adjust individual speaker levels is not good. It's faster than rebooting a router, but still annoying.

It is a priority right now with our iOS Development Team and we hope to publish an App update as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.

Thanks for the update, Tony. I suspect that I speak for George as well when I say, let us know if we can provide any additional details or do any testing to help resolve this.
I prefer not to sit here and passively complain about something being broken. If there is anything I can do to help things along, please let me know.

Thanks Jason - I appreciate that - I personally haven't been able to replicate it but one of my colleagues has. She can clear it if she outright kills the App and relaunches it. If you don't know how to kill an App in iOS. From the Home Screen swipe up to see running Apps. Swipe the BluOS App to take it out of memory then relaunch it. When she relaunched the App it worked as designed and could see the individual players. It appears to happen when the phone comes out of stand by. QA is having a hard time reproducing it but using her phone as a reference.

Thanks Tony. I try killing the app often, but it usually does not work for me. Maybe 5% of the time it works. The fastest sure thing for me is to ungroup, make changes, and regroup.

Was happy to see the update available when I checked yesterday, I don't know if this update addressed the issue. But so far, the update is working reliably, and I can adjust individual speakers within a group.
Also, am I crazy, or is the show/hide speakers within a group by clicking on a group a new feature? I don't recall noticing it before...
