Node 2i is not smooth when playing tidal music
AnsweredWhen 2i playing music, it will stop for 2~3 seconds and then continue play for 3~5 seconds. It loop still music over. ( ethernet cable and wifi both )
I tried to reset to factory settings, but it couldn’t be resolved.
By the way, there is no problem playing by usb.

Hello Osamu,
Please open the BluOS Controller app and navigate to Settings > Player > Audio > Audio Clock Trim, and toggle this setting to see if that resolves the issue.
You may need to wait a few seconds and then reboot the player after doing so.

But it doesn't work and other streaming services(Radio Paradise) will also happened (Tidal play in pc is normal).
So I suspect it is a network problem, is there any other solution?

No, he is correct. I'm having the same problems. Tidal was almost useless and the entire desktop app has slowed down, it takes 7-10 seconds to respond to either play or pause. There is a problem and these solutions don't work. Please advise as to why the entire system has slowed, and also becomes unresponsive at times.

Thanks Tony W- Not helpful at all, whatever that even means.
The deal is simple, the new desktop update does not function well in older computers. I deleted the app, found the old installer and opened it up and now things are totally back to normal. I won't be doing anymore Bluesound updates without checking these boards first.

My comment refers to the Offical Comment is correct. if however, you are seeing response time issues, not audio playback issues like the original poster, I would recommend fully uninstalling the BluOS App from your Windows Laptop in Windows Settings, Apps. Reboot your computer, download a new fresh version from www.bluesound.com/downloads and try again. If the problem persists, then select Help, Send Support Request so we may take a closer look.

I just buy Node 2i, it play tidal spotify, radio...very good and faster, but after 2 days,i have same problem
