    Hi Paul

Not sure why you would want to do this wirelessly - When connecting a TV, you would always want to use an optical cable to reduce lip-sync delays to the bare minimum.

    Hi Tony

I understand that but it does not answer my question. Why can't a Sony TV or Samsung TV find the Pulse Flex via bluetooth? It just does not show up in the scan list. The Pulse Mini shows up no problem and I'm able to connect to it. Why is that?

    Hi Paul

Thanks for your patience. I have had a hard time replicating your issue with the PULSE FLEX using other Bluetooth items but I don't have a TV with Bluetooth out in my home (Samsung or other). I would review your TV and ensure your TV can send Bluetooth signals. Most only receive Bluetooth. As for the Sony headphones, I would reset those and try again.

If problems persist after factory resetting your SONY Headphones, send us a log file by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew can take a closer look.

I am sure the TV can output bluetooth audio because the Bluesound Pulse Mini works no problem. It is only the Pulse Flex that I am having a problem with.

I never mentioned Sony headphones in either of my posts, not sure where you got that from...

My bad - I read the SONY Model number as Headphones and not a TV - the theory is the same though.

We are having a hard time replicating this issue - can you select the PULSE FLEX in the App then Select Help, Send Support Request so we may see the log file. One of our Support Crew Members will then reach out to you for a closer look.

Hi Paul - we just purhased the Samsung Frame TV and the Buesound Pulse Sound bar. We can get the Soundbar working independently with my music services (blue tooth/wireless from mobile phone).  But when we swith to the TV to use the Soundbar with the Samsung Frame TV, we cannot get this working.  We have to use the regular TV audio.  Thoughts?

My son sent a support request yesterday and I did today.  I have not yet heard back from anyone.  Please reach out to me.  This should work and be easier to install.  The soundbar should work both with the Samsung TV and with my various music services.

Is anyone ever going to reach out to me or my son?  Maybe I should return your Pulse Soundbar and get a Soundbar from Sono or Samsung that will actually work and have timely tech support if needed?

    Hello Michael,

Our support crew will be in touch. We thank you for your patience.

In the meantime -- please ensure you have your TV's HDMI Output set to PCM Stereo only.
