Currently playing song and play queue not showing in BlueOS iPad app
AnsweredI'm using BluOS on my iPad to stream music from Amazon Music HD on my Bluesound Node 2i. Initially it worked fine, but lately the currently playing song and play queue is not showing in the app. I can navigate to my favorite artist, album, or search etc., and when I tap on a song it will start playing it, and then play the following songs in the album (for example), but the lower panel says "Nothing Queued (go find something to play!)" instead of showing the currently playing song, and the Play Queue panel to the right is empty. This also means that the play/pause/skip controls are unavailable in the app, and so I have to use the physical buttons on the Bluesound Node 2i. I tried restarting the app, but still same problem. The issue seems to have started after I streamed some music using Spotify Connect one day, but not sure if it's related.
Help appreciated!

Hi Rick
Late last week we released the BluOS App for iOS 3.12.4 to address some network timing issues. Please select Help, About and check if you now have the newer App. Based on your posting timing, it probably came out after you posted.
If problems persist on the newer version of the App, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may take a closer look.

Having same problem with BluOS Ipad app. Lost access to Tidal and other previously parameterized music services, so upgraded to latest version of BluOS. Tidal and my Tidal playlists now available but no queue information showing even though knew I had selected additional tracks. Opened BluOS on my android phone and could see the queue which was not available on the Ipad app.
