Issue with shuffle play on NAD M10

Hi

My M10 has issues with shuffling tracks. It puts a track repeatedly in short sequence. This happens again if I shuffle again.

Look at the track 18 from Moby's album 18, it's placed 5 times within this short sequence.

 

It seems like to happen especially with this track.

    Complete Fluke as shuffling is fully random - it is caused by the song 18 being added to your queue so often. Just a reminder of how the Playqueue works; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000204487

    I was not aware that I need to clear it - Thanks for the help.

    That seconds my feeling that the system is missing an easy function to shuffle play the entire library without having to manage the play queue manually .. like a supplied playlist "Shuffle all" that does the magic of flushing the current queue and then filling it with all music shuffled. This could then also be mapped to a favorite button and it always would also catch newly added music.

    Here's the problem - how does the software know the difference when you want to do that versus just adding music to an existing list.     With a dedicated function - as others do - that would be an easy thing to do.
    However, I stay put to my feature request since I am convinced that this would improve the usability and make a good app even better.

    Same problem with my new M10 v2. My music library has over 10000 songs, but M10 seems to only 'pick' form a small alphabetically ordered set - generally those starting with special characters, numbers or the letter A.

    Shuffle should be random across the entire music library - my Sonos and Plex players (linked to the same music library) do.
