    Hi Ken

    It is having problems connecting to your router.Please power down the Player. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes then power up the player again. If that does not work, did you change your network router? Consider temporarily moving it and connecting it to the router and follow these instructions to set it up wirelessly again.
