HAVING A PROBLEM CONNECTING TO MY BLUESOUND SYSTEM WITH MY IPAD
AnsweredHave been a BS (Bluesound) System owner for around 3 years now. have 6 players plus the Vault 2 (Players are a mix of the version 2's and the 2i's). Problem with my Ipad (Ipad Air) started yesterday. had an issue with it connecting, tried a couple different things then it started working. Tried to use it today and the same issue but cannot solve the problem. The internet connection is working ok. My wife's Ipad (Ipad pro) works, our Laptop PC works, my Iphone 6 works, both of our desktop computers work ok...they all are able to connect to the bluesound system.
So when I open the BS App on my Ipad it opens but does not connect to any players. When I try to add a player I open the wifi in settings it shows the wifi networks but does not show any of the players. Cannot run diagnostics, settings or anything. I'm and older guy (72) and not versed on computer software but suspect the problem is with the wifi password maybe?
First time I have had this problem using my IPAD. I did manually performed an "update' with it hoping that was the issue from some reason (had not been updated for a few months...never leave it on at night) took a long time but once completed I still have the same problem connecting to the BS System.
I did send a support request via this web site but hoping that someone else has experienced this issue and can tell me how they fixed it.
was hoping there was someway to delete the Bluesound App and then go to the BS web site and redownload it again in hoping I would be able to re-input my wifi password but I do not know how to do that on an Ipad.....just a PC. But again I can connect to the internet with my Ipad so I have to assume for some reason the problem might be that the Bluesound app no longer knows the wifi password for some reason? Can that be possible?

UPDATE: 2 HOURS LATER: Well I was able to figure out how to delete the BS App and downloaded a new one and it started working right away........
