Amazon Music HD Freezes NAD M12
AnsweredAs the title says, oftentimes with Amazon Music HD my NAD M12 BlueOS app just freezes (all playback stops, Android tablet no longer recognizes the player on the network), a BlueOS reboot does not fix the issue and it takes a hard power down of the M12 to reset everything. This can happen every 20 mins or so, Tidal Masters & Spotify do not have the same issues.
The NAD is connecting via WiFi, the router is within 18" of the unit & I see typical DL speeds of 200-500Mbps so I do not suspect the network connection. All firmware for both the main unit & the BlueOS card is current.
Any help would be much appreciated as I like Amazon Music HD but this makes for frustrating listening sessions. Reading around the community here it seems as if others are having their own frustrations with BlueOS's implementation of the service too?
Thanks!

Hi Philip
If it's only 18", consider running a network cable and see if the problem persists.
If it does, then select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we can take a closer look

This is something I'd tried (and my initial plan was not to use WiFi at all), but when I connect via Ethernet the Android tablet no longer see's the NAD, however the desktop app (Mac OS) does!
M12 IP = 192.168.1.233
Tablet IP = 192.168.86.37
MacBook IP = 192.168.86.38
Subnet = 255.255.255.0
Obviously this is a separate issue (although any help would be appreciated) & I'll try experimenting using the desktop app for now.

Streamed for 8 hours today with the M12 on ethernet & controlled by the desktop app - no issues. Now to resolve my Android tablet connection issues...
