Relation between crossover setting on my NAD M10 and the crossover setting on my Kef Kube sub ?

Do these 2 settings have to be exactly in line or do they need overlap ? Default on M10 is 60 hz and on Kef Kube advised is 80 hz. Do I have to adjust or not ?

  WIth your crossover setting om M10 set to 60Hz, frequencies below 60Hz will be sent to your subwoofer.
  
  If Dirac Live is not involved, I would have increased the crossover setting on the M10 to i.e. 120Hz and adjusted the crossover on the Kube to "whatever" your ears tells you is the "best" crossover frequency.
