    Hi Jonas

In the Player Selection Drawer, next to your Home Theatre Group, open the context menu (3 dot Hamburger menu) and select Edit Fixed Group. You can adjust individual volume hear if need be for each speaker.

Also drill down on the front panel Audio Setting, in your case the POWERNODE, and open it's context menu and select Audio Settings and ensure Stereo Surround is turned on. This will add the rear speaker output for non-Dolby content.

If problems persist, we will want to take a closer look at the System Log. You can send that to us automatically be slecting Help, Send Support Request in the App.

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for your reply!

I cannot seem to locate anything about "Home Theatre Group" - I have seen screengrabs of that feature, which look relevant. But I cannot locate this in my app...

In Powernode Audio Settings I can choose "Stereo" as an Output mode. But nothing called "Stereo Surround".

I guess you would also need a setting to indicate the Input into the Powernode should be handled as only stereo - i.e. my 2 speakers. Right and left. The issue is not so much the rear channels lacking, but the CENTER channel.

To me, it sounds like the speakers are not including the center channel track - which often leads to very low volume dialogue in movies, games etc.

I will create a ticket through the app so you can have a look :)

I think I am having the same problem and am about to return my powernode as a result.
I have a Powernode 2i connected to 2 speakers and connected to a Samsung TV via HDMI ARC. If I play any music from audio sources the Powernode sounds fantastic, but when switching to TV, the dialogue sound is muffled and likewise sounds like there is no centre channel.

Surely there should be different audio settings for Audio and TV?
I don't expect a full home-cinema level experience, but clear dialogue on home theatre should be a basic necessity.
