    Hi Sergey

    Please select Music Services, TIDAL, and logout.

    Select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Player. Once the Player returns to Ready Mode (blue LED), return to the Music Services menu and log back into TIDAL 

    This will reset your TIDAL credentials (and Player Token) with the TIDAL Servers and should resolve your issue.
