Nad M12 source selection not appearing on the iphone app after latest update
AnsweredHej guys,
first of all thanks for designing a sound system that sounds great and provides very much listening pleasure. I remember being part of the very fist group to test the original Node streamer when it came out, back in the day when I still worked in a HiFi shop.
anyways, back to 2020. Since the last update the internal source selection of my M12 does not appear in the BluOS app until I manually switch sources on my M12. Very annoying as there is no feedback if my M12 is on HT-pass through volume (analog input with fixed volume setting).
Is there a way to fix this? I've attached a photo to this message to prove my point:
if needed, the photo can also be found here
The app version is 3.12.3 and the BluOS version is 3.12.13
Thanks for taking the time to read this, I hope it can be solved, it worked before, something changed to break this functionality.
Best regards, Daniël.

HI Daniël
Thanks for your kind words. I suspect the issue you are seeing has to do more with the NAD Remote partnered with your NAD M12 than the BluOS App. I am escalating your issue to our BluOS Support Crew and in turn will ask them to reassign to our friends at NAD Electronics for a closer look.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi Tony, it does not have to do with the remote control of the M12, the picture above was created using the front panel controls on the M12. I did not use a remote control (although that would not matter in this case, the remote control would only tell the M12 to switch to another source, the actual action is done by the M12 itself).
P.S. I received your email about the support ticket, but the ticket does not seem to exist?
