    Sorry to hear this. This is unusual so I'm going to ask you to try something.

    After removing the headphones, the audio playback will pause. Please press Play again - this is by design as safety to not startle or disturb others who are not wearing headphones. If the audio does not resume after pressing Play, please select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Player. Once the Player returns to Ready Mode (a blue LED on the front or top), try using the headphones again. If however the problem persists or returns we will want to take a closer look.

    Please send us the System Event Log by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App. The log will be automatically attached when you notify us of the issue, and our Support Crew will reach out to you regarding the next steps.
