Node 2i - Indexing on Networkshare fails

Hi,

I do have a network share on a NAS from Qnap. This share works without problems with Plex or Sonos. I BlueOs I can find the network share, I can connect to it but when it comes to indexing my music nothing happens. I can see that it starts indexing the first title.... then for a long time nothing happens and then... nothing.

Hope someone can help me how to set up my own music library

  Hello Mark, 

  Please reach out to our support crew using the Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app and they'll be happy to get you sorted out. 

  In the meantime, I'd recommend testing with sharing just one small subfolder/album on your share to your NODE as a test.
