Soundbar drops audio after x time while playing from optical source after latest update.
AnsweredHi, I have updated to the latest 3.20.52 but after that my soundbar which is connected with an optical cable to the TV is dropping the audio after x minutes. where X minutes is variable.
This is very anoying, The only way to get the audio back is to restart the soundbar. I have tried to use selecting several audio formats, no difference. also tried to switch on/off autosense. no improvement.
Any suggestions how to have this fixed?

I am having the same issue with my soundbar on version 3.20.52.
Also my sub produces hissing and scratching noise when its not disconnected(happens after few hours use).

In this case, I would suggest sending us a support ticket using the BluOS app. This way, our team can analyze the diagnostic log from your SOUNDBAR.
