Loss or artwork on Bluesound Vault

After an broadband outage (yeah - its the much hyped and totally dreadful Australian broadband network or NBN for short) my Vault ceased to function. Then an upgrade appeared and it worked after that but there is no artwork, The albums are there but not the jolly colours - any help ?

  It may help to completely rebuild the index.  Choose Help from the lefthand menu then Diagnostics. 

  Choose the Rebuild Index button and wait. It may take some time to complete. This usually resolves missing artwork where it was once visible.
