catastrophic equipment failures
AnsweredWhen my first Pulse Mini failed - when the control panel ceased to function, internet connection could not re revived and power light went out - i spoke to customer service, and when none of their suggestions worked was offered a discount that was not competitive due to shipping charges and i replaced it elsewhere. When it happened to a second speaker i said well, it's a coincidence and moved on - another $500 or so dollars later/ .Then my vault failed in the same way and it became clear that there was s serious equipment defect- but to preserve my thousands of music files on backup i had to purchase a new vault. Today, a third speaker went down.and given several thousand dollars of other BS equipment I'mconcerned that its just waiting to die..
this equipment is a few years old and out of warranty, but the situation is intolerable and 4 failures re no a coincidence Unles the problems indicates a pervasive. design issue of which all should be concerned,. its due to a job lot that clearly has a defective part or design and the too bad buy it again attitude of bluesound is unacceptable/. The sound quality doesn't matter if it doesn't work.
i'd like to have an explanation from a sr exec as to date, i'm not able to get through.CS. i'm clearly angry and resisting others telling me to explain things to the national chain from whom a good bit of the equipment was purchased, or exercise social to get proper attention.
Have others had similar experiences?
