Node 2i dissolving plastic

Hi,

I have used a Node 2i for about 5 years. I recently replaced it by a new Node, because the plastic casing was dissolving. The plastic was soft and sticky and was feeling like glue.

Has anyone (end-user or someone from BlueSound) heard of this issue? I hope this will not happen to my new Node. Is the new Node made of another type of plastic?

  Changes to the NODE casing were made in 2022 with the introduction of the NODE 130 an POWERNODE N330 and newer models since.
