STARLINK wifi hook up

Hello I have two pulse 2i speakers which have been working flawlessly and I love them…I switched our internet provider to STARLINK wifi and now I can’t get them to connect and play even after I did a reset on both….this shouldn’t be so hard….please help…

  Does it work with an ethernet connection? If so, then it's a wifi setting issue. If not, try the DNS settings recommended above.
