Volume control via Iphone anoying

Hi, i love my powernode 2i!
But controlling the volume levels via my iPhone is a pain...
The volume level is normal but the slidebar on my iPhone is really low, so clicking the volume button on the side of my phone to decrease the volume basically turns it off. It's a real pain to control it this way.

Also when switching from music, which i play via spotify on my phone, to watching TV by turning on my TV, i got to crank up the volume via the tv remote a whole lot because it's extremely low.

Anyone know how i can fix this?
