--------------------------------------------
I bought 2 PulseFlex 2i with battery pack at the same time. Of the 4 parts, 3 are already sticking to the surface. The battery packs started later because they have both been replaced in the meantime. Some of the plasticizers that are released, which are responsible for this, are also harmful to health (carcinogenic). So the surfaces aren't just horrid, they're potentially dangerous!
Has Bluesound given any thought to coating their products or is there a definitive solution to the problem? In any case, a service life of a few years is not acceptable in this price range.

Hi Seppi,
the links you've provided only contain solutions on how to remove the coating completely. I suppose also the labelling is gone after this procedure. So this is no solution to me!
Are there housings for the PulseFlex 2i and the battery pack WITHOUT this rubber coating? Personally I don't need this soft-touch feature at all. I would appreciate, if Bluesound would build more sustainable products.
I am looking for a permanent solution, which does not look ugly. And I expect Bluesound to be supportive in this task, as the current situation is a direct cause of wrong design desicions.

Sorry, for the misunderstanding!
Maybe some official Bluesound representative has an opinion on this too?
